Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In original packaging with all components and fittings included

Refunds will only be issued after the item has been inspected and approved by our team.

Excluded items (unless faulty):

  • Made-to-order or customised goods (e.g. special finishes, bespoke sizes)

  • Products that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or modified

  • Clearance, ex-display, or “as-is” items


2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please email sales@homerangedirect.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for a return authorisation and instructions before sending anything back.
Goods must be returned to the address we provide, at your cost, within 14 days of authorisation.

We cannot accept returns without prior approval.


3. Return Costs & Responsibility

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed faulty or damaged.

You are responsible for ensuring the goods are returned safely and securely.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

If items are damaged in transit on return, we may deduct repair or replacement costs from your refund.


4. Refunds

Once returned goods are received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

If returned goods show signs of installation, use, or damage, we reserve the right to make deductions of up to 100% of the item’s value.


5. Damaged or Faulty Goods

You must report any transit damage or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery, including supporting photographs.

If goods are confirmed faulty, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement,

  • Arrange a repair, or

  • Issue a refund.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods and original delivery charge.


6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Once shipped, the returns process applies.

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.


7. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
