2. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

3. Prices & Payment

Risk of damage or loss passes to you once delivery is made to your address or left in a safe place as instructed.

Large/bulky items may require access arrangements; failed deliveries due to access restrictions may incur re-delivery charges.

Deliveries are kerbside only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Returns & Cancellations

You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
